About the project

This project is the implementation of a WhatsApp bot with artificial intelligence designed to automate and improve customer interactions. The bot is connected to ChatGPT to generate dynamic and coherent responses, and can be integrated through the official Meta API or through third-party solutions like Bails, using the client's own phone number.

The key functionality of the bot is its ability to be customized using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). This allows the bot to respond with company-specific information (product catalogs, service policies, support history), making it a powerful tool for sales, support, and marketing, surpassing the limitations of a generic chatbot.
