Custom solution for ARB Costa Rica. The system centralizes business operations: quotes, work orders, purchase orders, inventory control, and expense management. All in one web platform that streamlines processes, improves team communication, and provides end-to-end traceability.
Main Modules
- • Quotes with history, attachments, and print/send.
- • Work orders with status, responsible parties, and timelines.
- • Purchase orders and receipt against inventory.
- • Inventory/Stock: inbound, outbound, adjustments, and minimum alerts.
- • Expenses: registration, categories, receipts, and reports.
Integrations and Automation
- • FacBox (API): connection process for electronic invoicing CR from the system.
- • Hikvision: module for attendance (check-in/out) directly from the system.
- • Automatic expense receipt: ingestion of receipts and association to cost centers.
- • Email notifications: key events (work order assigned, low stock, expirations, etc.).
