CBR El Loa — Certifications with Online Payment and Automation

The Property Registrar of El Loa needed to digitize certification requests and reduce in-person visits. We implemented an online procedures portal where users request certificates, attach documentation, make online payments, and receive the receipt and issued document without friction.

The flow automates key tasks: data verification, procedure status, notifications, and automatic Fee Receipt generation upon process completion. Additionally, we integrated a secure connection to the Registrar's local server to enter work orders directly into the internal system, keeping backoffice operations synchronized with web procedures.

The main challenge was ensuring service continuity and data protection. To achieve this, we used work queues with retries, logs and traceability, encryption in transit, and a synchronization mechanism that supports intermittent connections between the portal and local server, ensuring integrity and consistency.
