FacBox — Invoicing System for Entrepreneurs

About the project

FacBox is an electronic invoicing solution designed for entrepreneurs and SMEs in Costa Rica. It's being developed as a web system, a mobile app, and an API for integrations, aiming to offer a single, very affordable plan with unlimited documents, complying with the current standard (CR 4.4).

The focus is on simplicity: issue, send, and query documents in seconds from any device. Additionally, we aim to provide a competitive advantage over alternatives that have fallen behind, with better user experience, close support, and modern integrations.

Planned features

• • Issue invoices, tickets, credit/debit notes, and more (CR 4.4).
• • Automatic submission to Treasury and client (PDF + XML).
• • Query history, resends, and downloads from web and mobile.
• • API to integrate POS, e-commerce, or custom systems.
• • Product/client catalog, taxes, and templates.
• • Simple reports (sales by period, top products, payment methods).
