About the project

GESDOC organizes offices where document-related procedures are performed. It's a multi-client (SaaS) solution designed to reduce paper use, organize each management process, and provide visibility to teams and clients. Each procedure type has its detailed process and clear statuses.

It includes a web portal for clients where they can log in, view progress, check requirements, and upload documentation securely. GESDOC adapts to each business by configuring management types, steps, responsibilities, and notifications without losing simplicity for the end user.
