About the project

BlackBox is a comprehensive web platform for managing automotive workshops and vehicle customization businesses. It centralizes workshop operations: customer service, work planning, team coordination, and task tracking.

Its design combines administrative tools with a visual and intuitive interface, improving communication, control, and productivity on a daily basis. The app adapts to different workshop types and scales by modules according to business needs.

Main Modules

• • Customers and vehicles: history, photos, and notes.
• • Planning: work calendar and team schedule.
• • Work orders: status, responsible parties, and timelines.
• • Tasks and checklists: tracking by area (mechanical, cosmetic, etc.).
• • Internal communication: comments by work order and change alerts.
