About the project
We create custom chat agents for each client and deliver a script (widget) ready to insert into their website. The agent responds with company information, in the brand's tone, and with clear limits on what it can or cannot answer.
The widget is lightweight, works as a floating window, and can connect to a backend with RAG (search in your documents: PDFs, FAQs, URLs, etc.) to provide accurate and up-to-date responses. Optionally integrates with WhatsApp or email, and allows handoff to human when the case requires it.
