At EgoBytes we have two ready-to-use solutions: FacBox for Costa Rica (version 4.4) and BHPro for Chile (receipts and electronic documents). Both systems are simple to use, comply with regulations and have an API to connect with your systems (sales, inventory, ecommerce, etc.).

  • How long does implementation take?
    The setup is quick. We configure issuers, certificates and tests; in most cases you can start issuing in very little time.
  • Do I need to change my current sales system?
    Not necessarily. You can use FacBox or BHPro directly or connect them to your system through the API from EgoBytes.
  • Do you offer support and training for my team?
    Yes. We provide brief training and remain available for daily support, adjustments and queries whenever you need.
  • Can I issue from my phone or outside the office?
    Yes, you can access the dashboard from any browser. Also, with the API you can automate issuance from your own systems or apps.
  • Can you help me migrate my data or configure checkouts and users?
    Of course. We support you with the initial loading (products, customers), checkout/user configuration and leave everything ready to operate.
