The challenge and the solution
In 2015, at the request of Auno Calibration Laboratory (Costa Rica), we developed a web application to control instrument intake through work orders and manage traceability across the entire calibration process.
Over time the system kept improving to become more efficient and integrate new capabilities — among them electronic invoicing with Costa Rica's Ministry of Finance and connections to the platforms driving the lab's operational workflow.
