The challenge and the solution
Cuchi Transfers ran its entire travel operation across Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp conversations, and a WordPress page that served only as a storefront. Every booking, every seat, and every tour was coordinated by hand: a way of working that held back growth and left room for errors, overbooking, and wasted hours.
We designed and built a unified system that organizes their entire operation in one place: private and public transport, tours and transfers, with trip control and real-time seat selection. Today, customers book and buy online, choose their seat, and receive confirmation without going through a chat.
To enrich the traveler's experience, we integrated the Google and TripAdvisor APIs: the platform suggests places, attractions, and recommendations based on the destination, turning a simple transfer into a travel experience. Alejandro, from our team, took on the project end to end, and the system is now in production.
