About the project

The challenge and the solution

GesDoc organizes offices that handle document-related procedures. It is a multi-client (SaaS) solution designed to reduce paper, streamline every case and give visibility to teams and clients. Each type of procedure has its own detailed process and clear statuses.

It includes a web portal where clients log in, track progress, review requirements and securely upload documentation. GesDoc adapts to each business by configuring cases, steps, owners and notifications without losing simplicity for the end user.
