We are a software studio with teams in Costa Rica and Chile. We work with small and medium businesses across Latin America that need to move from spreadsheets and WhatsApp to systems that organise and grow their operation.
How we got here

2014
The first systems
We started building custom software for small businesses, focused on solving daily paperwork rather than on technology.

Clients who stay
The first management systems go into production. Several of those clients are still with us today.

Expansion to Chile
We open operations in Calama and begin working with mining, its contractors and the public sector.

Our own products
ColeManager for school management and GesLaboral for occupational health are born: lessons from custom projects turned into products.

Electronic invoicing
FacBox catches up with Hacienda v4.4 in Costa Rica, and we build MisHonorarios for professional fee invoices in Chile.

We add RAG assistants that answer from the client's real documents, not from made-up answers.
