The server sets the time
The phone clock only draws the tick. Changing the device time does not change the punch.
A double punch is not stored twice
Two punches from the same finger less than a minute apart are ignored: a finger pressed twice does not pollute payroll.
Fingerprints live in the cloud
If the device breaks or is stolen, everything restores to another one in a click. On a traditional clock it was simply lost.
An alternative to the clock you already have
