Yes. ColeManager is built to the Ministry of Public Education's format and regulations, and integrates with the national grading system so grades are not typed twice.
That is the right question, and it is what decides whether a school system gets used or abandoned. Training and support for the first three months are included, and support runs over WhatsApp.
The system does; what is Costa Rica-specific is the Ministry compliance and the grading-system integration. For another country it adapts to its regulations.
There is an iOS and Android app, but the essentials are also visible from a browser.
