Systems for laboratories that produce traceable results: every measurement with its instrument, its owner, its date and its evidence. We work with calibration, clinical analysis and occupational health labs.
An accredited laboratory does not sell measurements: it sells measurements it can defend. And defending them means being able to show, months later, which instrument was used, who did it, against which standard, and what happened when something fell out of tolerance.
That is what a laboratory system has to solve. The calculation is the easy part; the hard part is having the evidence build itself while the work happens, because assembled by hand on audit day it is worthless.
What happens today
It works until somebody asks about a measurement from eight months ago.
Copying between files is where the errors that later need explaining are born.
Without the due date tied to the measurement, an expired calibration invalidates work retroactively.
A cell with initials does not prove who wrote it or when.
With no portal, every query about a result is a phone call and an email attachment.
The standard requires software validated as fit for use, and that is almost never recorded.
